I can't sign in. If you created your account with Apple or Google, use that same button each time — the email/password fields are only for accounts created with a password. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the sign-in screen, or email us.
A photo transcribed incorrectly. Open the entry and tap the transcription to edit it — your correction is saved and used everywhere (search, insights, books).
An imported page is sideways or on the wrong date. Open the entry: you can rotate the photo and tap the date to move it.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Account → Delete account. This permanently removes everything — entries, photos, transcriptions, and your account. Or email us and we'll do it for you.
Is my journal private? Yes — entries are private by default, stored in a private bucket, and never used for advertising or AI training. See our Privacy Policy.
