Welcome to iSOAP. By creating an account or using the iSOAP app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
You own everything you put into iSOAP — your photos, your words, your recordings, and the transcriptions and creations made from them. You give us only the limited permission we need to store and process your content in order to provide the Service to you (transcribing, searching, generating insights and books at your request). We claim no other rights to it.
Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use iSOAP. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account), which permanently removes your content.
Use iSOAP only for lawful, personal journaling. Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service, access another person's journal, or use the Service to store or share content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
Some features use AI to transcribe handwriting and to generate reflections, insights, and books from your own entries. AI output can contain mistakes — review anything important. iSOAP is a journaling tool, not a source of medical, legal, financial, or crisis counseling. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional or a crisis line such as 988 (US).
Purchases made inside the iOS app (when available) are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Purchases on our website are processed by Stripe. Where required by law, refund rights are honored; digital purchases are licenses to use the content, not transfers of ownership.
We work hard to keep iSOAP running and your journal safe, but the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms or the Service; if a change is material we'll note the new effective date here and let you know in the app. You can stop using iSOAP at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
